POLO SEASON IS BACK

  MARCO:POLO It is officially Polo season. Standard Bank Africa’s Signature Polo in the Park is back. After a 2-year hiatus because this dreadful pandemic, the oh so elegant and classy event has found its way back to the social event calendars once more, and will be held on the 30 th April 2022. With the inaugural having been held in 2019, Polo in the Park brings a special thrill to a time-honoured sport, thanks to its unique format: because there are only three players aside with an inflatable ball, rather than the hard one used in traditional matches, spectators can get close up to the action and enjoy all the thrills of the matches.  DEATH BE NOT PROUD Rapper; Rikhado ''Riky Rick'' Makhado Rikhado Makhado has sadly passed away. The rapper, entrepreneur and all-round creative, popularly known as Riky Ricky, meet his untimely and unfortunate death in the early hours of, Wednesday, 23 February 2022. The family of the South African artist confirmed this afternoon. The founder of Cotton Fest, seemed to have hinted to what was to come, with a tweet saying he, ‘’will return a stronger man.’’ Riky's last tweet His love for family, friends and community is well known. Riky believed in being relentless in what you and his nurturing and developing of young musical talent is well documented, and will forever be remembered .  He leaves behind his wife, two children, his mother and five siblings.
